About The Company:

After being forced to use many products from Europe, Central and South America due to the many natural ingredients available, the decision was made to share the Wonders of the Amazon with others.

Pura Body Naturals is the product of many years of searching for better natural products that are beneficial for both hair and skin. In an age when most companies are using shea butter and nut based products, there are few options for consumers who desire something different. Our products are fruit based products that have magnificent benefits for the whole body from head to toe.

But at the moment, it’s currently out of stock on the website.)

All products that I have received are in Tahitian Vanilla scent and… I… ughhh…

*sniffs products for a good ten seconds*

I am in love!

*swoons*

Tahitian Vanilla smells so fun, tropical and juicy. I just wished it lasted a little longer. Maybe Pura Body Naturals future goal is to dabble into making perfume?

Probably not but a girl can dream because I so need this scent bottled as a perfume.

I couldn’t really tell the difference between Murumuru Moisture Milk and Sapote Hair Lotion when out of the bottle but once rubbed into the palm of your hands, there is definitely a difference. I tested both on skin as well as hair. Both creams detangled great for me on wet and dry hair.

As far as skin, the Murumuru Moisture Milk sinks into the skin faster than the Sapote Lotion but they’re both light and not greasy at all.

Cupuacu Hair Butter

Ingredients: Cupuacu Butter, Murumuru Butter, Mango Butter, Illipe Butter, Organic Shea Butter, Virgin Coconut Oil, Organic Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, Organic Brazil Nut Oil, Organic Mamey Sapote Oil, Castor Bean Oil, Herbal extract blend (horsetail, nettles, burdock root) and Essential Oil Blend/and or fragrance

The Cupuacu Hair Butter has a light scent of Tahitian Vanilla. Still smells good of course and performance is good too. Doesnt leave my tresses heavy, and no buildup. It adds a little shine but I would prefer this on my skin and as a pre-poo. It’s super light and not greasy. Emulsifies really well too.

So I have one question to ask…

*yells* Where has this been all my life?! :O

This hair smoothie/mask/deep conditioner is everything!!

Less is more, I repeat… LESS IS MORE!!

I stressed that part for all my heavy handed naturals. LESS IS MORE! Lol.. You may feel compelled to dig your hands and scoop up half the jar to your hair and leave in for 30 minutes but no ma’am/sir, uh uh, I cannot let you waste this goodness like that!

If you apply your deep conditioner (DC) in four sections, with Chocolate Hair Smoothie, section off each of those sections and apply a quarter size to each, maybe even less.

This stuff right chyea made my hair soooooffft! The slip is ridiculous and the smell!! Smells like those Swiss hot cocoa joints. So yummy. I have always heard about this product being sold out faster than the rest and I totally understand why! This should be under every natural sink, cupboard, desk at work/home, everywhere lol. Yeah, it’s that good,

Chocolate Hair Smoothie in my hair…. Yeah, I know you cannot tell but like I mentioned earlier you don’t need a lot. I applied a plastic bag and wrapped it up in a scarf to heat it up the process using my body heat.

After a good hour and some change, I rinsed, applied both Murumuru Moisture Milk and Sapote Lotion on each side while the hair is soaking wet. Sealed the moisture with Cupuacu Hair Butter and here are the results:

Would I purchase? I’d honestly purchase Chocolate Hair Smoothie, hands down my ultimate favorite in this set. Talk about holy grail status. The other Sapote Hair Lotion, Murumuru Moisture Milk and Cupuacu Hair Butter were good too but I guess I am more into getting a dc over anything else lol. Being a little bias but the Chocolate Hair Smoothie seriously got me @_____@. I keep looking at the ingredients of it, wondering if I can wear it as a leave in. I would so do that. Matter of fact, that’s what I am going to do lol.
